On the Mouth Ulcers

It wasn't long before I was reminded by a friend of mine that I kept biting on my lips and making this sound with the tongue and there's this unaware movements as though I was chewing something that I began to be aware of it. Not for long, probably just 1 hour after she notices it. But lo and behold, once I stopped, I began to experience some pain.

Damn... Not again!?

Not only in the lower lips, also the upper lips!

Think I won't be eating for the next few days then.
