No idea what Zen actually means. Didn't intend to know about it now too.
But this exhibition titled "Expression of Zen" in Fo Guang Shan Dong Zen Temple this year, I thought was better compared to last years'. In a way that... well... the photographs taken indoor turned out to be very nice. Or so, I personally thought.
Very Zen of me. LMAO.
We were actually in time to watch a dance performed by the dance teacher of a dance studio. Very contemporary. He ran around inside the exhibition hall, while the spectators followed him from behind. Didn't quite get the ending as I was getting bored. But my friend said he went into the reflection pond and achieved enlightenment.
Then again... we weren't really interested in the dance anyways.
The dancer perhaps. Or the volunteers from his studios. *ahem*
Anyways... Night shots from Dong Zen Temple might need some time editing. We were rushing that night to avoid the rain and beat the traffic. Took quite a handful of photos. But to cram them in this post would not be doing the temple justice...
