Joshy Bro bought me a voucher for 5 DejaVu cakes in Duduk Cafe long time ago. So one weekend I finally dragged a friend to go along. Honestly I have no idea what the dessert was until I was there. I thought 5 desserts, say, would it be too much for 2 person?
It turned out to be chilled cheese cakes of different flavours.
I took blueberry cheese cake and tiramisu cake for a start. And left the remaining 3 in the cooler, as we would just sit there and finish the desserts on the spot. Tiramisu's choclate powder caused quite a mess on the table. While blueberry cheese cake was, not bad.
The remaining 3 flavours were cherry-0-choc cake, strawberry cheese and lemon cheese. I first opened lemon cheese, thinking it would have some strong lemon-ey taste, but it turned out to be quite blant and tasteless... Strawberry was better at least. Not entirely strawberry fruits inside the cake, but it was sourish, not too sweet. Finally cherry-o-choc cake was... I don't know, I didn't taste even a single bite of this one. LOL!
Anyways, if you're keen, go ahead and try it out. It's located on the 2nd floor of e@curve, just outside of Watson's. Not really a fancy restaurant, but rather a small stall set up at the... walkway.
