On Cactus-Shopping

Since we moved in a year ago, we didn't have a single plant at home. I've been wanting to buy some potted plants for a while by now, but never had because I'm scared the parents wouldn't agree. But surprisingly, they came visit the other week suggesting that we get some cactus.

Sis's 'feng-shui' superstitious belief, that cactus could help with protection and ensuring everything a smooth flow. Therefore, there we were, in Sungai Buloh hunting for cactus.

We arrived at the first nursery in view and luckily, cactus were available for sell! There weren't much varieties to choose from. We were tempted to get the super humongous one which pot were already covered with moss and all.

So after walking around gaining some ideas, we finally came to purchasing 2 hanging cactus and 5 little potted ones, which we will change into a bigger pot.

The owner of the nursery was super kind in helping us, to the extend of hurting himself when he was transferring the plants.

We also changed one of the hanging cactus into another bigger pot, of which we will be placing at the entry door. Mum said that should help it, help away with the bad lucks; which reminded us, we had one huge ass cactus back home, surviving years even though at one point, we almost threw it away.

Now that we think back about it, we were kinda happy that we didn't.
