On the Hunt for Seafood

So we went to Klang on Saturday in preparation for a running event that happened on Sunday. What was initially planned to be a dinner in some steam fist shop ended up seeing us in a seafood restaurant in the Chinese village instead. Had some usual calls. Their famous sour steam fish with vermicelli was appetizing. The mantis prawn was just finger lickin' good! And the fried squid was equally succulent...

But what got everyone so hyped was the crab. =.=

I'm not a crab person. I don't really like cracking the hard shells open for the meats underneath. And I especially don't like the body despite all the meats were tucked away nicely in between the soft bones, because more often than not, the meats got mixed in between the soft bones in the mouth that, you can't even get to the meat without chewing on the bones. Sometimes I just find it so difficult to eat, that I'd rather not eat.

That night, the crabs that we ordered was nice. I ate more of the clamps compared to the other part of the body of the crab because it's like, the biceps of the crab. Like, the most muscular part. Me love muscles.

But without any hammer, I had to resolve to my teeth. Was so afraid I would cut my lips or something. Thank goodness though, I had my big 'biceps' in the end.

Our dinner actually didn't just end there. Apparently, we had something more after that... Watch out for upcoming posts! LOL
