On the Fluctuating Weights

So we went to Tony Roma's last weekend right, and there was this promotion for the Thanksgiving... whole roasted chicken at a special price (wait, I think it was like a special dish for the Thanksgiving) and without much hesitation I ordered that.

Been trying to control my diet you see, because I still fail to reduce my weight to the figure before the holiday when my Mum was here, which saw me gaining quite a freaky amount of weights. So coupled with the running and halving my meals, I saw some steady decline in my weights over the past 2 weeks. Thinking I ran in the morning, I thought I'd give myself some slack that night.

The dish came, quite a big portion. But not surprising as I had had something like that before. And so, I happily started cutting and eating. It tasted great actually. The meat was succulent enough, so it wasn't too difficult to chew. Love the broccoli and the mashed potato too.

But alas, it proved to be too big a dish for me that I failed to finish all of it. Gave up when I ate half the chicken, which, I'm sure would already shock many people. Slowly, but surely, I ate the other half of the chicken; finally giving up on the remaining drumstick and wings. I was full to the brim.

That night, went back feeling tortured with a bloated tummy. But definitely satisfied. Been disciplined for a while so I thought it felt great.

The next day, I went up the weighing machine outside the bathroom early in the morning. To my horror, I gained 4kg! Like, SERIOUSLY! Just one night?! I was angry, frustrated and annoyed. This weight watching plan is really getting on my nerves. And I only have well, my MUM to blame. LOL Because she fattened me!

Then again. I mean, well, it's all myself. I should've been more aware of my own weight. But seeing the number still maintaining at that and never seemed to reduce for over 2 months now, pretty much disappoint me. I know going on a crash diet wouldn't help, tried that before. I only ended up with food binging in the end. So I took another turn with my exercise. But the physical activities never seemed to help, which was the main reason why I was so mad at myself.

Sigh...

Should I worry about the drastic change in my weights? I mean, it can go down 1kg every 3 to 4 days, but go up so much in just one meal. Horrible right? *sobs*
