There's this place in Banting called Ice-Room. It's not made of ice, but almost half of the stuffs in the menu are ice. Literally. Ice. I.C.E. Pretty much like those from Taiwan I was sure. When I first went there with my friends, the first thought that we had in mind was, "This is so Taiwan!"
However, we didn't really ask the owner as to whether he got his idea from that country, well-known for creative foods. So we just ordered our flavors and started melting them ice in our mouth.
One bowl of ice, generally cost about 8 to 9 bucks. There were various flavors in the menu, from red bean to yam, also durian if you're into it. I had peanut the first time I was there. And black sesame during the second visit.
But on top of that, I've also tasted mango, yam, red bean, kiwi as well as durian. Well, that's what friends are for. LOLs.
Then again, honestly speaking, them ice aren't exactly delicious. Thirst quenching? Not really. They're just. Well, I'd say it's a place for you to hang out probably.
