Since I went all paranoid about my having high lipids and cholesterol, I went cuckoo, figuratively. Need to really control my diet to avoid what I'm having now to become a full-blown hypertension or diabetes. And let's not forget I'm barely a quarter century's old!
So. Cut down on fast foods, no more McDonald's, no more KFC, no more Popeye. Take more vegetable and fruits. Increase those runnings and working outs.
Although I think I'm going to quit that kinda lifestyle halfway. LOL.

You are indeed a food devil. Whoever introduced and still invite you to Yuen are devils too. That's where cholesterol are made! Ha ha!
Yeh... Moderate it is better... Or else it will make u have urges... Which will end up you eating more of this Lolx
