On the Broken Pen

My... *sniff sniff* p... *sniff sniff* pen....

It fell out of the old chest from the top of the table and crashed onto the cement ground. I thought the cap just flew off like that, but who'd have known, when I tried to recap the pen, I just found out that the plastic head of the pen were broken.

But I only have myself to blame really. Who asked me to have kept it in the chest instead of using it. It was there since also, my college days 5 years back. Sentimental value my foot. Now I can't even use it anymore.

I mean, the lead is still intact alright, can still be use to write something at least. But i can't actually use it for my daily clerking of patients, since it cannot even be recapped. Imagine all the ink leaked out and stained the whole of my left nipple area on my white coat BLACK. Phuh.

Grr. All because of this moving, led me into starting to pack, led me to lift the chest and put it on the table, and caused the pan to flung out and hit the floor and broke. All because of this bull that we have to vacate our room by this weekeing, because they need to rewire the whole block.
