A friend of mine introduced me to this waffle eating frenzy not long ago. It was after one of the class and we were to head back to the ward to prepare for the rounds the following day when he asked me if I wanted to get something to eat first.
"If anything fails, selling waffle won't starve you. Apparently the business of selling waffle in the hospital is quite a good business."
Couldn't agree more when the first 2 shops that we went too had their waffle sold out! And it was merely 3 in the afternoon! But alas, we had our share of waffle from another store.
Chocolate-peanut is a good mix. But blueberry-peanut has always been my favourite. Otherwise, kaya-butter is quite a good match too. Apparently, it brings out most when the toppings were to stimulate different receptors on the tongue. :P Sweet shouldn't go with sweet. LOL.
Somehow, waffle frenzy spreads quite fast amongst ourselves.

Agreed with William, no sidestall waffles for me. The artificial vanilla flavouring smells like cheap cologne! lolz
A&W waffles are ok.
