The group members were discussing over an examination that they did earlier as I approached them. From afar I heard something about erection being repeatedly mentioned. Pretty odd that they use erection instead just erect, or supine position, taking into account that they never really know how to differentiate the use of suffix -ion sometimes.
It was only later that I found out they were discussing over the examination of a young man with a hydrocele earlier. Hydrocele refers to swollen balls.
And apparently, that young man had a massive erection while their hands were at his balls...
Gah. I missed out watching a dick growing.

HAHAHA. You see erections every day anyway right? I once heard a male erects a few times in his sleep every night. IS that true?
What's the cause of hydrocele? The picture looks scary!
ACS, true, men get erection when they're having REM sleep. it's normal. :)
foongpc, hydrocele is basically accumulation of fluid in the scrotum. now that you suddenly asked, u reminded me that i don't actually know! hahaha. anywys, the textbook just said it's prolly impairment of absorption of those fluid accumulated in the scrotum, true in the adults. but in infants, it'll most probably resolve by itself.
lolz~ u notti boy
Hmm, how old is the guy... Is he good looking LOL...
that is a terrible embarrassing situation to b in. the poor guy
Leu, i'm just being curious. it's physiological! :D
Jerry, why am i not surprised u asked? hahahhaha. mid 20s i think, i didn't get to see him lar.
Bengbeng, i suppose so. imagine having per rectal where u have digits up the anus to check for prostate gland enlargement and u have an erection. that's even MORE embarrasing. indicates something too. ;p
OMGawd! Is it only me....or does everyone feel like reaching for a needle and giving the scrotum a puncture? :P
+Ant+
it's only u. :P
oh dear.... poor the young man... is there a treatment for that? it will be traumatic and embarrassing for him... plus a difficult life too... tough walking n sitting.
It looks painful
So how do you treat it? (Trying to test you some more) LOL!
do more catheterization, bet you'll see a lot of flag pole :X
please be gentle dear doctors..
I'm amazed the poor chap took so long to have it treated. Is this condition life-threatening if untreated?
