On Peeling Soles

God knows what they are. Doesn't look like eczema to me. My eczema is only localized on my face. But, it sure does happen on the feet, but not oon the sole as far as I'm concerned. And it doesn't really look like cracked heels to me as well.

I know I had the habit of scratching my sole and peeling out all those excess skin, sort of like, what I always do when I'm studying. And I have been doing it a lot either. Just that when I was told it was not good for the later years when I might actually experience joint pain, I decided to refrain myself from touching my sole despite my itchy hand.

And well, it got well for a week or two, when my sole was really smooth and pinkish. No cracks at all. But when I got home last night, and while I was surfing the net, I naturally lifted my right leg onto my left knee, you know, that sitting position, when I realized I have sole-itch again. What do you know? It's back.

I checked my left sole, and it's there as well. Great.

Note to self, keep sole on the ground at all times. LMAO.

And yeah, I have that mole thingy underneath my right foot.

Wonder what it is? Any idea?

Whoa! Thanks for sharing that little piece of information, dude!

Now looking from a medical and professional point of view, that sure is disgusting, lol. Ok sorry! sorry! just kidding!

I think you have plantar hyperkeratosis that comes from excessive sweating. As for the mole, I need a closer look!!!! Hahhahaa!

I did also have the same problem like yours, and it was very itchy for that matter. Kept scratching it, and then it bled, making it even worse. Wearing shoes was a nightmare for me.
