... On the Housemie's B'day

The first amongst the 4 April babies in the house turned 21 today. We, rather the girlfriend, erm, wait, I think he said himself he was the one throwing the steamboat dinner. *giggles* We've invited 4 girls from the unit downstairs as well as 2 of his ex-labmates to whom he is very close to.

"What should I write? What should I write??"
"Honey dear, you're finally one year older than us. One month it may be, but you're still older!"

ML the girlfriend did all the preparation. From prawns to cocktails. None of us boys, apart from YL himself helped out in the kitchen. *sniggering* Perhaps that's why KK and I thought we'd just treat the house to dinner instead of organizing one in our homes. Too much hassle! And we're from Singleton! *LMAO*

Oooh, you've gotta LOOOOOVE the sauce! Chilli with pineapple. It's gone halfway through the dinner before all the raw stuffs were finished.

13 pairs of hands. It's like none of them had anything for 5 days. Thanks to the girls downstairs. They bought an unedible gift instead of pizza. *LMAO* And we thought there'd be something to fill the mouth while waiting for the pot to boil.

2 hours later, all those meats were finally in the stomach. Everyone was too full to move. So television it was. Malaysian drama, where there was a scene shot in Port Dickson, and guess what? ML's grandma can be seen in the scene!

Finally the one thing that I helped out. Cake. Cappucino flavoured, handmade, so the baker said.

So there went the small party. Another one coming up tonight, but on dutch. Still wondering where we'll dine together.

KK's treat on Friday. Wondered if Lex would do something about his. And I'll need to save for mine in 2 weeks. QR's the last weekend. Whoa! What a vunderful month! I so LOVE April! *sniggering*
