On the House of Terror

One of the many buildings that would definitely stand out along Andrassy Ut is this solemn building. 

The House of Terror.

Basically it is a museum. It contains exhibits related to the fascist and communist dictatorial regimes in 20th-century Hungary and is also a memorial to the victims of these regimes, including those detained, interrogated, tortured or killed in the building.

But again, since I am still lingering on the main road since I started blogging about Budapest, yes it was a Monday and the museum was closed.
