Saw so many of this in Thailand on the ruin on top of the hill...
And I thought it was some ritual or something. I've seen people stacking up similarly in Angkor Wat when I was there years back. I was wondering if it has anything to do with the religion, like a thing as a worship or something.
Until I saw similar arrangements in Langkawi. In Telaga Tujuh waterfall. Where there was no ruins of any temples or sort. No Buddhism track. No Hinduism track. Just a natural pool and the jungle.
And my friend said, it's a universal language for "You are on the right track."

Are you sure that's what it means? It could be a religious symbol or a symbol of the dead!
