On Being Too Hungry

... For my own good.

I'm gaining weight by the day. Like, in kilograms. No wait, that should be, IN KILOGRAMS!!!!!!!!!!!

So, during the fasting month when I was looking for dinner one evening, I revisited the night market in Plaza Mont Kiara. Thought I'd just get something from the Korean, like the last visit... Which I did. And this time round, they were not doing Korean dumplings anymore. Instead, it was some pancakes it seemed.

But seeing just 6 pieces and knowing my tummy wouldn't be stretched enough to fulfill the satiety, I walked further and came across a vegetarian food stall.

Now now...

Seriously.

I'm by no means a professional. But I know it takes exercises and diet control to lose weight. I'm regularly sweating out, but I just can't control this greedy hungry tummy of mine. Which is why...



I guess I'll just accept the fact that, I'll probably hang on to being fit enough to run 21km rather than losing weight.

never mind lah, eat more and gain more weight, so that the percentage of gain each day will be less and less significant!! haha~~ :D

I have pangs of hunger pretty regularly too and find that i could still control my weight by eating more veg rather than stuffing myself silly with loads of carbs. I only allow a lil' increase in carb-allowances during weekends to appease the hungry soul! lolz
