Some sort like a portable CT scan with a probe that measures the distance of the probe relatively to a fixed point attached at the side of the bed in regards to the 4 pin drilled to the skull, so that the surgeons would know how far to go into the brain and not blindly drill in and hit on some major vessels or cause some coning that leads to respiratory arrests.
