On the Lethal Instruments

Surgeons: Don't touch that thing! If Prof caught you touching, you die. Even us MO also didn't dare to touch. It's very very very sensitive.

-.-"

Like seriously?

Half an hour later, only did we know what it actually was. Some sort like a portable CT scan with a probe that measures the distance of the probe relatively to a fixed point attached at the side of the bed in regards to the 4 pin drilled to the skull, so that the surgeons would know how far to go into the brain and not blindly drill in and hit on some major vessels or cause some coning that leads to respiratory arrests.

Indeed. Very sensitive.

And very cool too.

Yeaps, I was talking about a neurosurgery to drain the epidermoid cyst inside the brain, sitting on top of the cerebellum.

wow, it's nice to know about these things you can do at tertiary centres.

i bet the prof gets a kick out of saying, "we have to go deeper" ala inception.
