On the Stress-Induced Belly

Guess what I found on the net...

Research done by researchers in Wake Forest University where they fed trial monkeys a typical American diet which was high in fat and cholesterol, they gained weight; with those who were socially stressed developed much more belly fat. Although the study was conducted especially on monkeys, the results would be very similar in humans. For more reads, go to Healthadel.

I'm sorry if I were to doubt when I first read the article. I mean, well, pardon me for not knowing, but Wake Forest University sounded like a made up. But I was wrong when I casually searched for the existence of such a place, and so very wrong when I see that it was in fact an established university! Or "collegiate university", whatever that means.

Furthermore, there a school of medicine too! And post-grad courses. I'm impressed really. With the website and the research they're doing. Looked like a very well-established institution to me.

Then again, I'm sure most university would have a very impressive official website. Not that there's any hidden meaning. I'm just saying. Most universities have very impressive websites. That's all.
