Mummy cooks a great deal of nice dishes. Yummylicious!~~
We had this big electric cooker for soup and Mum just throw everything into it and let it boil; like I remembered she put some really expensive stuff, but I can't recall what it is...
Then we had this dish which she invented herself; chinese sausages cooked with some kind of roots... Okay fine fine! I'm really bad with names of food. T.T
And she knows I love steamed chicken, particularly when she steam it with ginger, with some wine.
Somehow, her curry tasted different too!
And everytime I was going to leave home, she'd broil some ginseng chicken soup.
Mum's five-spice roll was special too. Last year she put more prawns, it tasted prawn-ey. This year she added in carrot and it's more crunchy. :P
Finally, her mixed vegetable. She learnt some new techniques to make sure the cauliflower remain crunchy this year, but again, I'm not into cooking... So... LOL...
I wonder if I could talk her into being my cook if I open a restaurant. Teehee!
By the way, I really love that picture of broiled Ginseng chicken soup! I thought it looked really pweety!
