On the Blood Stained Coat

http://www.partyconnection.co.uk/acatalog/23068.jpg

Have always been wondering what it felt like performing some procedures on patient when things got out of control and blood started oozing out and splashing all over the shirts and all. Gross thought innit? LOL.

Somehow, while I was at the Trauma Center a couple of weeks back, had the fantasy came true! WEEEEEEE! >.<

Okay, fine, it wasn't even minutely visible. My coat was stained with the dripping blood from the branula I set. I'm not that perfect alright! I still make mistakes, and the branula I attempted was only of 50% success rate then. But that guy was a success on first attempt, and I was already controlling the blood flow for the bottles when my colleague who was standing at the side asking me if there was any flow because the blood didn't seem to fill up to the brim. So I released my pressure and blood started oozing out instantly, dripping to the floor and all. It was a very messy sight so to speak. And the stopper that he prepared for me, somehow there were leaks in another exit. My bad I didn't prepare everything myself, but I was all excited and ready to perform all those hands-on procedures.

So, with that, I was walking around in the A&E with some blood on my coat. Eeeeew. At the end of the day, I thought it wasn't all that fun at all. Messy white coat. Urgh. How should I clean off blood now, huh? Huh huh??
