Ticket sellers were shouting at the tops of their lungs. "Kuala Lumpur Kuala Lumpur!" "Shah Alam! Shah Alam!" "Banting! Banting!"
She went back to her hometown last weekend, and after quite some gruesome travelling on the bus as well as switching buses, she finally arrived at the bus station of Klang town. Smacked right in the middle of the town, and not wanting to trouble the boys who could always come out and pick her back to the campus, she decided to take another bus instead.
Ang: Bang, got any bus to the hospital?
Ticket seller: Hospital mana?
Ang: HTAR.
Ticket seller: Number 23.
And she strotted to the bus. Indian man shouting "Banting! Banting!"
Curious, she walked forward and asked the same question.
Driver: Hospital? masuk.
Ang: Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah wor.
Driver: Yala. Masuk!
And so she boarded the bus. Before she even managed to sit, she heard something new.
Ticket seller: Banting! Hospitaaal! Banting! Hospitaaal!
Cracked me up really.
I wonder is it a privilege or a loss that I don't need to take a bus... Creating more jam come to think of it. LMAO.

That means the hospital is important enough to be touted out loud lah. :P
not sure when is the last time i took bus.. but definitely hope that won;t have to...
cos i'm very blurr with the system , numbers..
Too many sick people until buses make big bucks transporting them. Yeah you are gross lucky with all the good life laid on your dinner plate. Do you know what is the meaning of "suffering" besides medical pain? Well, I admire your good karma, dude!
Sam, i guess hospital always is lor.
Danny, hahaha same here too. :) can never get them numbers.
Twilight zone, I solemnly thank God for living a good life, for having meals to eat everyday, and to have friends and families and love one whom I love, and for everything and everyone who've in one way or another helped me. True enough, I admit I've never really suffered much in my life. I just don't know how to express how gratitude and grateful I am.
Well said. It is good to be aware. Unfortunately, there are still so many emos out there who aren't counting their blessings and worrying over trivial matters.
How blessed you are!

You're lucky indeed. I gotta travel around using buses as well. And we don't have LRT or KTM Komuter in JB, just bus (ok Singapore is a different case :p).

"masuk dalam...dalam sikit... masuk" Those Minibus days was fun as u were squeezed like a sartin in between different people... :p Sweat, Smell etc ....
Now, I no longer know how to take a bus in downtown KL.... sigh! :p
Anton, I'm very very blessed indeed. :)
Koala, Tanjung Rambutan? Where is that??
Bengbeng, I guess not. Glad you're all healthy. ;)
