That Lame Conversation

Was having labs today, and was talking to this labmate of mine on travelling.

Me: I wanna go Helsinski...
KW: Oh that.. again... which country ah?
Me: Erm.. not quite sure... some Scandinavian I suppose.. Finland?
KW: Not Oslo...
Me: Norway... Stockholm is Sweden's...
KW: Finland then....

Me: I wanna go Belarus...
KW: Belarus? Where is that??
Me: Erm... Europe I suppose...
KW: Why? Why Belarus?
Me: They've got the prettiest women on earth...
KW: And do what? Date them?
Me: Yah... Marry one and produce beautiful kids.
KW: *speechless*
Me: Well... mix are always very pretty you know!

Ah well... I can be VERY straight at times. Belarusian are pretty no? You HAVE got to admit with me on this one, they're amongst the top in Miss World every year!

Plus, their government passed a law not to allow any foreigners marry their women, on the reason they'd lose their pretty genes to the rest of the world. I know. How lame... I read that sometime ago, not sure how true is it now though.

KW: That's so lame. I shall remember it... Forever!
Me: What's lame?
KW: You... marrying Belarusian girl.... produce pretty kids...
Me: What's wrong with that?

And sure thing he did remember that. We were in the middle of the labs when YA asked if I'd blogged about another findings in our labs, which I will blog on another day. And I was saying I'll blog on the lame conversation when KW briefly told her about it.

YA: Eh.. You know? Doesn't neccessarily means you marrying a pretty lady will produce pretty kids. You know positive positive results to positive. But positive negative produces negative!
Me: Urgh! You can't do Maths in genetic! And I don't do Maths...
YA: You don't do Maths? My God!
Me: Sometimes ugly and pretty can produce pretty beings wat...
YA: Are you saying you're the positive one too?
Me: *speechless*

Oh well... Like I said, I can be VERY STRAIGHT at times. *sniggering*

By the way, on a different matter, I'm proud to announce that, my buddy is a distinction student! *yay!* Didn't manage to bag the gold medal, but he's still the distinction student. And hell yeah, he's like so far ahead, and we're looking at him with awe and admiration. Being called for the viva distinction interview is already tough enough. And to pass the interview and become the distinction student? That's even tougher. At least for me.

I so need all the lucks on earth to pass mine... *blergh*

Hey, I've been to 3 out of 4 Scandinavian states, Finland, Sweden and Norway, BEAUTIFUL.

About Belarussians... Hrm... I dunno. Honestly? I think eastern Europeans are beautiful either way. I thought at first Russians were the best, until I arrived at Poland... Then I visited Hungary... and then SERBIA! Waaa... even the 40 year old 50 year old ladies look amazing!

That was until my cousin said- eh, you haven't seen ROMANIAN girls, haha! Which is where I plan to go next, by the way.

I'll update you once I get there.

Yup. The Scandinavian countries are beautiful - and you'd love it if you're into nature and photography.

I'm not unfortunately. :P Fortunately I hate Swede hunks to keep me company.
