For the lies I shouldn't tell...

"Your mum hasn't call?"
"She's with dad at some charity dinner..."

And coincidently, Mum called.
"Where are you now? Had your dinner?"
"Am at Sunway. Looking for dinner..."
"With your housemates?"
"Yeah..."
"Call me when you got home k?"
"Might be late. We're planning to catch a late movie..."
"In that case, just message me when you got home then.."
"Okay. Bye.."

He stared at me and put on that cheeky grin of his.
"You're such a liar..."
"What can I do? She's overprotecting..."
"Just tell her you're old enough to take care of your own..."
"Not like I never did that... Mothers are always mothers..."
"Yeah... guessed so... They can always smell the rats"
"I'm so no more innocent"
"Sometimes it's better to lie than to tell the truth.."
"Besides, you were never innocent."

"Urgh! I hate you..."
