As promised, I would do some MEGA posting this weekend. teehee... There was a review on the Epidemiology and Statistics test this afternoon, but since it's over and wouldn't be asked again, it's like a once and for all stuff so we decided to take our own break.
So with the car back in normal condition and tests over for the time being, we decided to veture to Damansara today. It was my first time driving that far, and it definitely is only my 4th time driving in PJ area. The highway was darn scary, the cars were all on a gold rush. LOL. We reached Ikano and parked inside The Curve. KK and CH were following. They said they've never been to that area, so I guess it would be nice to go there. I know there's the new Pavillion and The Garden thingy, but I'll most probably only go to the Pavillion like once in a blue moon since Daniel said it's opposite Star Hill, and do believe me when I say I've never been to Star Hill. As for the Garden, I suppose I'll only visit that place after a while.
So, back at The Curve, we came out from the stret area in front of TGI Friday. I insisted we looked for Tesco as I wanted to do some shopping. And to Tesco we went. KK and CH turned out to be a hell good pair of house-husband. LOL. And it's definitely not me buying the ice cream you see in the trolley. Duh, we pay seperately lah. Even if we are housemate and all, do you seriously think there's one who'd willing to pay for the others? LOL. Even if you start to make me consider 4 of us (YL, KK, CH and myself) will be sleeping together tonight, I'm not paying a cent. teehee...
We went to Ikano after we put everything back into the car. It just amazed me how this shop came up. Malaysia's biggest Pet Shop. Wooohoooo.... It was fun strolling down the 'safari'. We saw the tank-filling fishy little fish, some iguanas posing as lion-kingsss and also the chewing non-stop wabbit. tee-hee....
Finally, after walking around for a while, we thought it would be nice to settle down for our dinner. We were looking around the street for a desirable place. Still on fast Muslims are starting to come out. Little Penang and that Thai thingy was filling up already, I guess those are the desirable ones. The Apartment that Ethn mentioned in his blog before, was definitely a cosy place, but beyond our budget for sure. KK was saying it's the first time ever, to actually be in the position where we couldn't find a place to eat. In the end, we just got back to Tesco and enjoyed our dinner plate. Apparently, still-fasting Muslims couldn't wait any longer and were hawking on their pieces of KFC. Yet we did somehow, purposedly "mmmmm, so nice...." in front of them. Wakakaka.... We left that place roughly around 8, and I honestly tell you, I didn't know how to make a U-turn back to PJ. The last time my sis drove us there, she took the wrong junction and had to drive a whole long way down Penchala Link to turn around. I thought Alex did make a U-turn somewhere with lots of overhead bridges. And I finally found out, he took the Penchala Link as well. LOL
