On the Beggar on the Overhead Bridge

I didn't remember if I gave her some money. But looking back now, I wonder what her life really is like.

Some people would be asking, she is fit enough to work, why isn't she?
Where is her husband?

And more recently, there were scams about some syndicate poisoning young kid so that they appeared to be sleeping at all times. How apt.
