So I am renting a room in this city where I work, far away from home...
And while I was home for Chinese New Year this year, my renting agent called me up.
Agent: Dr Bong, I have something to let you know. Is it convenient to talk?
Dr Bong: Uhuh, what's the matter?
Agent: Uncle Y passed away 2 days ago. I didn't want to call you earlier because I didn't want to disturb your celebration with your family.
Dr Bong: Oh no... Oh my gosh... What happened?
Agent: Don't worry. He went peacefully. Family were all there.
Dr Bong: But when? What time?
Agent: Noon time... Mr Y (his son) called me the day after... I am also still very shock now...
Dr Bong: Oh dear... I'm so so sorry...
Agent: Yeah I am too... Actually I'm calling you now, other than letting you know, I want to know if you still want to continue renting...
Dr Bong: Ha... Hmmm... I don't know leh...
