On the Complimentary Starbucks Voucher

I should so become the ambassador of Starbucks. LMAO!

Weeks back when I was all hyped about Starbucks and collecting the 2012 planner, this thing happened...

Was asking as to why hadn't the system in Starbucks show that I could claim my planner as I've already purchased 15 handcrafted beverages. I said something's wrong. The system is not properly executed and if it's not they shouldn't be launching the card so soon. We couldn't track our purchases online and so forth.

The Barrista said he was so very sorry. And that there were a lot of other customers having the same problem as well. But I said I could actually keep track of how many I've purchased because I kept all my receipts...

Coincidentally, the manager of the branch came out and he was summoned. He apologized again and again and offered that I could get any drink in my next visit, on him. And he gave me a voucher.
