On Perak Tong

Another cave temple in Ipoh. Honestly, it is what it seemed. We visited all these cave temples in one afternoon before heading to Kuala Kangsar that weekend. LOL. This last one, I was told that there were drawings on the cave walls, and there were numerous drawings. I didn't quite believe it until I was there.

And the first thing I said was, "Oh my Kuan Yin!"

There were not stalagtites or stalagmites. But the cave walls were covered with paintings and calligraphy writings. I didn't actually look into each individual paintings, but as a whole, it's like a collage on the walls of the cave.

There's also a staircase that leads to the top of the hill, where a pagoda was and visitors could see the entire Ipoh. From what I heard. But that day we didn't go up to the top, it was drizzling. Didn't want to get caught on top of the hill in a rain. LOL.

Therefore, we just stayed in the cave for a bit, till the drizzle was smaller. Like the previous cave, there's cemented floor in the cave. And it was cooling.

Quite a good place for hanging out in the weekend. I see a few gentleman reading newspaper that day.

And upon leaving, something interesting happened...
