On the Istana Jugra

Well... Apparently not all was failed. Perseverance is always so important in order to achieve a target, which is exactly what we did during the previous visit. We waited outside the gate, until one of the villagers passed by and saw the whole lots of us. Before we know it, the caretaker came out and opened the gate for us. We finally went into the compound, hearing lots of 'satan' stories from the caretaker.

The architecture of the castle was a mix of Hinduism, Muslim and Buddhism, I think. But it was indeed, not confined to just one style. The renovation that the government had done, restored the building to its prime.

The structure and the plan of the castle, is pretty much the typical of one; where there's a hall for accepting the visitors, the big kitchen, the bedrooms, the study and office of the security guards. Then again, I thought it was quite small for a king. LOL.

Nonetheless, it is a very good visit.

What a wasted building. How nice if it becomes an orphanage or Rosmah's palace!
