On Safety Vs. Healthcare

The district hospital in Banting is located next to the newly-built police station.

Their quarters are what, like 10 storeys high? And our flats are 3 storeys top. No offense, but, we just can't stop the mind from thinking funny things.

Safety vs. healthcare?

Quoting a friend, "prevention is better than cure." Need the police to make sure the safety of the people so accidents and robberies which lead to injury could be prevented.
