On Purchasing the Air Ticket

Quoting a friend of mine, it so happens that we don't go back to our hometown so often because our hometown requires us to take a plane. But, I see it that, we get to be the 'frequent traveller'. LOL. More often than not, we get people from the other part of the sea asking, have you purchased your CNY tickets? Are you going back for hols? When are you buying the air tickets?

And the same goes to Mum.

Do you wanna come back for CNY? When is your CNY? When is your exam? So wanna come back or not?

"I thought you bought already?"

"When?"

"2 months back. You were asking me, and I had to go online and check my time table, and I already told you which week I'm off."

"But we haven't buy yet."

"You said you were buying. In front of the computer some more. dad was checking the price and everything."

"Yalor. Dad always like that one. Short term hot only. Then after that not buying also."

Then Dad protested. "I was checking the price mar."

2 months later, it seemed the price remains the same. Still that 200 plus. Not like it's going to go any cheaper or more expensive. So in the end, we just went ahead and got the ticket without any more delay.

Sometimes I don't understand, some are so... why buy the ticket so early? 200 bucks or 100 bucks, you'd still get to the place safely. Not to say I wouldn't want that extra money if I got them. But I tend to take things slowly. I just don't see what's the purpose of rushing into it...

Oh well... maybe I'm spoilt...

Normally at this time I would book my flight for CNY and get return ticket for less than RM100. Besides, overseas travels would also be booked at least 7 months ahead to get lowest. So how about Air Asia's Japan, doc? .... let's go!

I have to buy the CNY tickets early because surprisingly they sold like hot cakes. Why is everyone going there I don't know.

well for airasia it's rather unpredictable.. it can just shoot up to sky high price in the next second, and after you've book with this price, there comes a zero fair promo the next day~~ :D
