Few months back, a psychiatrist asked us what we wanted to specialized in. He of course, suggested psychiatric medicine. Lots of free time. No need to suffer from emergency cases. Fixed working time. Very relaxed.
Because...
Internal medicine. You want to work yourself to death?
Surgery. You want to suffer from standing the whole day in the operation theater?
Pediatrics. You think you can stand all those crying?
Radiology. You want to get cancer is it?
Orthopaedics. Might as well become a carpenter!
But I thought those metallic frame is very pretty! LOL.
Although the wound isn't. LOL.

Agree with William. At lot of $$ in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
as for psychiatric medicine is the worse. Might get kill if the patient is really out of control
If I ever had to choose, I'd definetely pick psychiatric... I can't stomach excessive blood!
