On Losing to a Cockroach

Here's an interesting fact.

We all know that people with type II diabetes mellitus may suffer from a complication called diabetic foot ulcer where there are un-noticed ulcers in the foot, and due to all the causes that was due to the disease, the ulcers would deteriorate, sometimes to the extend of unsalvagable where amputations are necessary.

But there's also a possibility, where ulcers developed from cockroach bites. Due to the neuropathy and poor blood flow, somehow even a small injury as such of cockroach bites, could lead to the development of a life-threaning ulcer, more so when it's also the bite of another creature, who knows what organisms there are on that small orifice...
