Was out with a bunch of great friends a few weeks back when one of them brought up the talk about our status.
"Quick tell us, we want to know. Are you already NA or are you still SA? Your story always changing one..."
Apparently, just like the horny boys who rate who amongst the girls in the class has the biggest boobs, the girls rate the boys too. And one of the rankings they have would be the ranking of the eligibility of the boys in the class. And they were dying to know mine.
Till the end of last year, they were still talking about 2 of the coolest boys in the class. Model-ish look, single, upper average class, highly desirable. But things starting to change, now that one of them is coupled to one of the prettiest girl (in my point of view), and more boys are coupled, the single guys in the class are becoming less.
"You know, we're so concerned about you, that's why we want to find out."
"Just tell already, we're all good friends right? Good friends share all these news one..."
At some point of last year I said I was seeing somebody, but at the end of last year I denied that and said I was single. I didn't even remember I said all that. I mean, okay, I admit I tend to lie about this thing. But I guessed I have to eat my own words that night because I should've weaved my story properly from the start.
"If you're still SA you'll go up into the top 5 in the list."
My eyes wide open, my jaw dropped.
"What! True mar. Not much single guys in our batch already. Plus really, you're more handsome now compared to last time. When you first come in that time you weren't even in the list! Your position got from 100 to top 10 already. So if you confirm still SA then you'll be one of the few most desirable guys around. Otherwise your market will drop dy, like KW (the other guy on the table who is already coupled)."
"Oh, SA SA!"
But I guess the funniest news was that, my market price has increased since the past 4 years in my batch. Kinda funny now that I think about it. I'm eligible as one of the most desirable guys.
Having said that, I don't really know if I'm ready for any form of relationship now. LOL.

had me puzzled for awhile I thought NA refers to Not Applicable and SA =Saving Account :p

wow... i didn't know got such status in uni!!! oh well. i agree with u that appearance changes the moment u step into uni and the moment u leave uni.
so good on u that the desirability rating has gone up for u. and ur friends can always write make a bachelors wanted in uni as a uni reality tv series.
