If I'm not mistaken, it helps to dilate the vessels in the penis, as well as to keep the vessels potent so as to prevent the blood vessels from collapsing, maintaining the engorgement of the spongie tissues in the penis.
So naturally, I'm sure everyone knows what the Blue Pills is for.
