This is a middle age lady, lying flat on the bed.
On inspection of her breast, it is asymmetry in size with the left breast appearing smaller than the right. There is erythematous changes over the skin on the left breast, extending to the chest. A greyish raised lesion measuring 0.5cm x 0.5cm is located at the medial upper quadrant of the left chest.
The nipples of both breasts are not on the same plane with the left nipple being displaced upward and outward. There is some retraction on the left nipple and it appears to be lighter in colour compared to the right. There is also a small round lesion measuring less than 1cm located infero-medially to the nipple, it is red in colour.
The areola is not visible on the left breast and there are pigmentation over the areola of the left breast. Peau d'orange is also seen on the lower quadrants of the left breast. There are no scars and bleeding ulcers seen. Dilated veins are present in the sternum area and the on the right breast.
On palpation of the right breast, there is a non tender mass felt on the lateral lower quadrant. It is oval shape, firm in nature, measuring about 5cm x 6cm, mobile, has smooth surface and regular margin.
The left breast doesn't appear to be tender, there is skin induration over the left breast extending up to the chest. No mass can be palpated on the left breast.
Surprised?
Yeah... Indeed... mass on the right side instead of the left...
There's no lymph nodes felt over the left axillary. But there is a non-tender lymph node felt on the medial wall of the right axilla. It measures about 2cm x 2cm, hard in nature, singular and hard in nature.
ps: I don't really know what's the the lump on the right breast, doesn't really feel like cancer, but there's definite cancer on the left breast. Yet, there's lymph nodes palpated under the right armpit instead of the left armpit. But it's most likely that the cancer on the left breast spread to the right. Poor lady...
Hmmm... I need moooooreeee breastsssssss.... Get me moooreeeee...
