I DID it...

continue from previous post with prelude here

Went out with family the whole day today. Went to Kota Damansara as Dad wants to see the progress of The Cova suites. I think SEGi college is seriously a beauty, whilst everyone else got so excited about the other building in-progress, Tropicana Hospital (or whatever the name is, but as far as I'm concern, it specializes in O&G). We were talking when the conversation leads to Sgporeland. *OMG* Mum looked at me in the eye and asked who's the guy. How can he not be my age and of a different school, yet I still came to know him. As predicted, I nearly vomitted my guts, really. The bongblongblog was 5 seconds away to be revealed. That's when I desperately pretended to looked over my shoulder as if there's someone behind me. Dad abruptly said "Let's make a move" as it was approaching noon time, and I drove back to One Utama. *Phew*

And so, I lost everyone One Utama before finally we walked into Jusco in the old wing. Dad generously lent his credit card for 2 pieces of GQ shirt. Vertically red stripped and diagonally stripped maroon. As we were heading out to get something to eat for lunch, Sis motioned me to the G2000 just outside the Jusco entrance. It was indeed a joy, as I wanted clothes from the brand badly. Rather than Crocodile that hang loosly with the shoulder drooping, I finally gotten myself 3 pieces of shirt while lil Bro got himself 2. Dad further pampered me with 2 pieces of pants. Honestly, I have never thought I would get this one, as 1) I looked strange even to myself and 2) there's buldge protruding from beneath the pants zipper. You know what I mean. There's no pleat in the front of the pants, it was as if I've transformed into a metrosexual. Like that's not enough, Dad also gotten me a G2000 Premium Card for the whole new wardrobe. I can never explain how happy I was to get the pampering. Really. Sgporeland wasn't mentioned too. *Second Phew* Or... was it one of Dad's strategy??

We drove to KL Tower after spending almost 700 hundred bucks on me alone. Traffic was smooth, and surprisingly I didn't get lost in all those interconnecting roads. The tower was magnificent, but just to a certain extend. I was amazed at the construction progress altogether, considering how the worker that controled the crane on top of the tower had the guts to sit there as the shaft grew higher and higher everyday, even though I'm pretty sure it was earthquake whenever a breeze hit the control box. Observation deck was pretty crowded, and nothing really awe-striking as well. It's yea, pretty much KL city alright. Lil bro was a bit disappointed, but at the very least we were there already. We left after 2 hours, cursing all the way with the parking fees costing up to 8 bucks.

Dad decided that we should go back to a restaurant by the roadside in Brickfields, where a colleague of his used to treat himself and me a dinner before. Amazingly, I found that place. Dinner cost 120 bucks, but it's total hands down that the food were super duper delicious. 120 bucks of Sushi King last night was nothing compared to the 6 dishes that we ordered today. No food post on that place tho, didn't manage to get any piccies. Over dinner, we just tried not to steer our conversation into Sgporeland. Mum was trying to get clarification on the hanging matter, but thanks to lil bro for his disrespectful-towards-mum attitude that he keeps on telling sis and me how embarrassing Mum was all the way from touch down at LCCT. The standing up before time in the plane and the bus to KL Central, grasping for handle in mid air as I drove beyond her tolerable speed, to the events took place back in hometown... Mum was crying for help whenever he tried to recall something else.
At least, the root behind Sgporeland trip is still undercover.

So yeap, I DID it...
1) Spent the whole day with family without marijuana being discovered.
2) A whole new Generation 2K for year 2008
3) Ride up to KL Tower in less than 1 minute.

What a day...

See? Your parents love you sooooo much! Spending 700 on you alone! And you still yell at them whenever you're feeling blue and down? Next time don't you dare do that ever again, you understand? Hehehe...

My parents never spend on me anymore ever from my 18th birthday. You want something, go buy yourself! That kind of thing in my family.

And your father is so generous, kind, loving to even pay your clothes with his credit card. He wants to let you know how much they love you, understand?

They know how hard you have to study in KL, a land far away from them, from home, from their loving environment. And so, to show their support and love in you, they shower you with things to make you happy, to make you feel loved.

I think I better stop before tears flowing down from your eyes. Hehehe...
