Penguins!

YAY! First plan listed is achieved. What fun! :P It wasn't hard to get to the place, although it is indeed located in the middle of some light industrial area, but ahh well, Bro was driving. LOL

Anyway, obviously I didn't get anything much, just a merely bit over 100 bucks. The novels are tempting really, what you get at 40 or more at Popular or Borders or MPH can be bought at 10 0r 12 here. The hardcovers are a bit more expensive, but still, very much cheaper comparably. So yea, it's a heaven for avid readers. Really. SO... anyway, shopaholic trait expression, I've gotten myself some a bit.
Of course, I'm known to judge books by the cover really, my younger brother will most prolly go laugh like a madman went nuts. So here's The True and Outstanding Adventures of the Hunt Sisters by Elisabeth Robinson and Single Professional Man by John Womersley. The earlier is about some erm.. woman who finds happiness in erm.. family members, and the later about erm.. adult blind date services. LOL
Of course, there's something more gruesome and thrilling. 27 Bones by Jonathan Narsaw and Want to Play? by P.J. Tracy.
Bro: Want to play? For Alex?
Me: Nope, he doesn't read anyway.
Bro: Of course he doesn't, he plays.
*sniggering* No really, not a gift, I'm going to read after the end of my 2nd year.

Then I got something really fantasy. In The King's Service by Katherine Kurtz. Midwest book review complimented that Kurtz still reigns as the queen of historical fantasies wor...
Finally, I think I'm wrapping this one up. The Sacred Bones by Michael Byrnes. Something about the holy ground in Gaza strip and Muslims versus Christian stuff. A novel. Found the bones that clearly shows crucifixion. So there's investigation and all... Interesting eh?
Finally, there's this one from DK. 37 for what you get at 200 bucks. *grinning* Figured I might want to get something at least I'll flip through. LOL
And so we left. Such a waste I'm not a reader. HAHA
