Things I plan to do the rest of the week:
1) Penguin book sale tomorrow afternoon *grinning*
2) Maybe go psycho my little buddies who will sit for thier finals next week after coming back from the book sale tomorrow *evilish grin*
3) Definitely hitting the gym tomorrow evening... been such a while since I last went... :P
4) Clubbing tomorrow night! KW and I wanted to go alcoholics. YAY! Any suggestions? I heard Maison is good. Although I'd really like to get some fags to show me around what's it like at the Babylon in KL. Just a thought, I'm not what you think I am okay?! *sticking tongue out*
5) Find my way through the roads in KL either on Thurs or Fri... I'm thinking of photography and cam whoring. :P Need to confirm with LC on this one. Anybody else coming?
6) Hmmm.. This weekend... Maybe start on the clinical examinations text book my cousin left me... For all the bad bad bad theory years I definitely wanted to become good for once in my clinicals...
7) And yea, get ready for the freakin' 2nd sem next Monday. *!@#(@!*
Now now, on the post-mortem (as how Janvier put it):
I'd definitely wanted yesterday to be better of course. I was the last one to get a seat this afternoon. I walked into the examination hall, finding all my housemies gotten their seats and I'm left standing and find there's no more vacant seat, when finally the invigilator ushered me to the last seat by the corner, I was only left 3 minutes to fill up my attendance slip and fill in my ID on all the pages of the answer script.
Honestly, questions weren't hard at all. As long as you can spill everying you read, you're bound to be invited to the Viva Distinction interview. Seriously, I'm not kidding. There were some that I left blank of course, blame myself for not reading and understanding antiarrythmic drugs, but I really can't get all the peaks in the ECG! And of course there were the more than 10 marks short essays when "Write the pathogenesis of bla bla blek" which easily could just grab away as much as 20 marks per questions. I'm pretty sure I couldn't get many for those heavily weighed ones, but at least I didn't leave it blank.
Overall I was quite okay with what I did. Not happy for sure, not as much as contented, but I'm definitely not as pissed as yesterday. So YAY! *give myself a motivation clap*. Now, for the last 200 marks tomorrow, I'm gonna need the all to last the bit to make sure I could at the very least pass the half point of the total 1000 marks for this entire exam.
Right, having said that, I better get started with the practical manuals, although Histopathology is shit alright. *grinning* Yea, I actually am grinning.
