I follow KK's bike to school before I got my car. Not that I don't do that now, I still do. Sometimes it's just so darn frustrating to have to park the car down the hill and walk all the way to the lecture. Having that, there's not even a single point driving when that distance is as far as me walking from my apartment to the hospital!
Anyway, back to the main thing I want to blog about today, the thing about me and KK is, we are good friends. LOL. And stop thinking dirty, just because KK is single and me posting all the gay-ish post for the past 3 days doesn't mean I'm going to take any advantage of him. He's a good friend, he's a smart guy. Shy he may be, but funny he definitely is.
KK hails all the way from Sitiawan division up north in Perak. I never thought we would hook up together and ended housemates when I first came in last year. We were in the same group during the orientation week, but both of us were pretty shy back then. We even took a hard time trying to memorize each other's name! For me that was. Anyway, as time progress, we got along quite well. Not both of us I mean, there were of course the three other guy housemates. We went out to movies together, supper, pasar malam, shopping and blaaaa... And so we did ended up together forming the "lubuk club" which meant we would not have the chance of staying inside residential college in our 2nd year. And that "lubuk club", for your interest, would be a personal private name we call ourselves because we don't join any of the activities in the college. The seniors depised us, we didn't mix with them. That were us. Yup!
Anyway, being a Foochow, KK was always teased with this characteristics of Foochow: STINGY! There used to be a time when everyone would call him "money face" for he's so calculative to the last cents when it comes to money matters. Not like I think it's a bad thing, I think it's really cool! I am stingy myself, mind you. I am super stingy, I was known to be stingy and I was never approached when it comes to donation. Perhaps that's why I think KK is such a cute guy. Lucky me though, I never need to bear with trouble getting myself out of the situation when everybody would be laughing at you once you start to calculate how much you need to pay at supper or dining out.
Somehow, as KK gets more and more exposure in the city, he has now become pretty much a updated kid! I kid you not, he knows everything about the current issues. Especially sports. It's a known fact he reads newspaper as a hobby, and it's not news he knows everything in the sports world. Tennis, Formula 1, Badmiton, Football, Track and Fields, Squash and blaaaa.... He even became the Hamilton kid's agent in our house, updating us on how he performed in the racing game. Well, he's that kid's fan clearly. He loves football as well, like any other guys would (expecpt myself), and KK would always go against KW when it comes to the game between Mancehster United and Chelsea. If you ask me, I give a damn who wins.
Anyway, the thing about us is, we're coursemates, we're housemates, we're good friends. Period.
Me: Oh look at that banner inside the car!
KK: YEAAHHH! MU ROCKS!
Me: Kao sai....
That's how I would always tease him. :P

DO you speak the dialect? Had my colleagues teach me a few phrases-- sounds alien to me!
foochow u mean? my friends at NS camp got teached me some, i know how to say "I don't know what you're talking about" in foochow... wahahaha
btw, foochow sounds korean to me LOL
Even though I am not foochow by I pick up some foochow during my college days, coz 90% of my coursemates are foochow who come from Sarikei, Sibu, Bintulu etc to kuching for study, which make me this kuchingites feel like I am one alien!! So, I am "forced" to pick up foochow...and I tell you, it's one very challenging dialect to learn, because one your slang not accurate, it may be sound like you are speaking "bad words" on other language, which is so CUTE!! HAHAHAH
